1. Return Conditions
Customers may request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
The product is unused and has not been installed
The product is in its original packaging
The invoice or proof of purchase is attached
All accessories, manuals, and components are returned
The product is in new condition and suitable for resale
Electrical products that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Products that have been used or installed
Products without original packaging
Products without invoice or proof of purchase
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
Please provide:
Clear photos or videos of the issue
Order number and invoice
After verification, the product will be replaced.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are provided only for eligible cases
Refunds are not provided unless a replacement is unavailable
The replacement product will be shipped after inspection of the returned product
5. Refund Policy
If a replacement is unavailable:
The amount will be refunded via bank transfer or the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
6. Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for shipping fees in normal return cases
If there is a defect or company error, Electrical-Souq will cover the shipping fees
7. Order Cancellation
Before shipping: cancellation is allowed with a full refund
After shipping: cancellation is not allowed (shipping fees may be deducted)
